THE STARTING POINT / A BEGINNER’S GUIDE

How to use an
OopBuy spreadsheet.

From a saved find to the right listing. Know what to check, what a preview price means, and where ordering happens.

THREE THINGS TO REMEMBER

  • A find is a starting point. Open the exact listing.
  • Choose the size and colour before comparing prices.
  • A product preview price is not a delivered total.

01 / THE PRODUCT LINK

Start with a listing, not just a picture.

Think of a spreadsheet as a directory of finds. A row or card helps you reach a product listing; the useful part is the information you check once you get there.

On this site, the homepage gives you 30 previews, and each category has 18 selected listings. The shoe edit offers a small set of high- and low-top listings. Every product card opens in the full catalog, where you can inspect the full listing before continuing with an agent.

  1. Open the card. Read the full product title and seller information, rather than choosing from the preview image alone.
  2. Match the variant. Check the colour, model code, size and quantity you actually want. Similar photos can lead to different variants.
  3. Keep the exact link. Record it alongside your selected options so you can return to the same listing and compare it later.

If you start from a traditional sheet instead, keep the original row’s product link with your notes. A screenshot of the row does not replace the listing address.

Same photo: which OopBuy option are you buying?

Separate the product shown in a photo from the colour, size, quantity and price you select.

Know which service handles each step

The seller supplies the item, while OopBuy purchases and receives orders through its agent service. This guide and the linked catalog help you reach product information. Confirm the service handling payment, warehouse questions or parcel support on the destination page.

02 / THE ORDER JOURNEY

Item payment and parcel shipping are different stages.

OopBuy’s official guide describes product payment and purchasing, followed by warehouse arrival and inspection, then parcel submission and international shipping payment. Paying for an item does not complete the parcel stage. [1]

01

Product order

Select the exact listing and options.

02

Warehouse review

Review the item after arrival.

03

Parcel submission

Arrange delivery for your destination.

Keep the stages separate in your notes. “Item paid,” “at warehouse” and “parcel dispatched” describe different points in the journey. If you are unsure where an order stands, use its current status and order reference when asking support.

These three stages explain the sequence. They are not a promise of three charges, a fixed processing time or a complete fee schedule.

03 / WAREHOUSE DEADLINES

Keep the deadline with the order status.

After warehouse arrival, check the item’s recorded size and colour, available photos and any unresolved questions before submitting a parcel. The storage clock and its starting status matter when combining orders.

Normal orders
The official notice gives a 90-day period from the order’s “received” status.
Abnormal or unmatched packages
The notice sets 30 days from “signed for” and says a reminder may not be possible when the package cannot be matched to an order or user.
Paid extension
The notice lists 10 CNY per additional 30 days after the normal free period. Confirm how an extension applies to your item before relying on it.

The notice says overdue goods may be disposed of. Check the actual order deadline and submit the parcel in time. Official storage notice ↗ — checked .

When should you combine items into one OopBuy parcel?

Decide what to do with each stored item before treating everything as one ready parcel.

How to check a return before international shipping on OopBuy

Separate submitting a request from the seller agreeing to a return and the refund being completed.

04 / YOUR BUDGET

Read a preview price as a reference.

Our cards show an approximate USD price first, with the saved CNY listing price alongside. The USD figure converts the CNY amount at our reference rate. Confirm the current agent quote before payment.

A CURRENCY EXAMPLE

¥100≈ $13.89

At this site’s reference rate of ¥7.20 per $1. Currency arithmetic only; this is not a sample order total.

For a useful comparison, record the following against the same item, variant and destination:

What to check when planning a purchase
Cost partYour check
ProductConfirm the current price for your chosen size, colour and quantity.
Seller deliveryIf delivery to the warehouse is quoted, include it in your notes.
International parcelRecord the quote for your destination and package details.
Other chargesRead what the actual quote includes and review any separately listed charges.

Use the agent’s displayed conversion and payment total when comparing the amount you would actually pay. This guide does not supply a live exchange rate or a tax calculation.

05 / IMAGES & QC

A catalog image and an order photo serve different purposes.

The preview images here come from the linked product catalog. According to OopBuy’s guide, warehouse photos are taken after goods arrive. Those are the photos to review for your order. [1]

Before item payment

  • Check the selected colour and size against the listing.
  • Look for measurements or a size chart.
  • Ask about unclear options before choosing them.

After warehouse arrival

  • Compare visible details with your recorded choices.
  • Look at the size label and any available measurements.
  • Ask support about anything the photos leave unclear.

A photo can help you compare visible details. It does not tell you how an item will fit you or how it will perform over time. We do not label the preview cards “QC verified” or use catalog images as proof of authenticity.

06 / YOUR DESTINATION

Check the parcel details for your country.

The official estimator asks for a destination, product type, weight and parcel dimensions. Use your own package details when available, and treat the result as planning information rather than a final invoice. [2]

For the US, UK, Germany or another destination, keep the country, package assumptions and date beside a quote. A number copied from another buyer’s post may describe a different parcel. Check the current route notes and what the quote covers before paying.

Once your items are ready, the official guide describes selecting stored items in your warehouse account, entering delivery details and submitting a parcel. [1]

07 / WHEN SOMETHING IS UNCLEAR

Common first-order questions.

Can I pay with Klarna?

OopBuy publishes a Klarna payment help page. The linked page uses US-specific eligibility and payment examples. Check the options and terms offered for your account and country, including the payment currency and any charges.

What if a spreadsheet link stops working?

Keep the title, seller information and selected options from your original notes. Search the full product catalog for a possible replacement, then compare its details carefully. A similar image alone is not enough to establish that two listings are the same item or offer the same options.

Can I buy directly from this guide?

This guide provides information and links. Product cards open on the linked catalog; ordering through an agent happens on that agent’s site. Check the destination of the buying action before entering payment details.

Does a shipping estimate tell me when everything will arrive?

Separate item purchasing, warehouse arrival, parcel submission and dispatch in your notes. Treat a route estimate as information about that route, and ask support which stage it describes if unclear. We do not publish a fixed first-order delivery promise.
