Step-by-step checks
Identify the order and option
Use the order identifier shown in your account and the selected colour, size or model. With several similar items in storage, a product nickname may be ambiguous. Keep private order details out of public comments.
Name the missing evidence
Describe the exact area you cannot assess: a label, seam, sole, fastening or included accessory. Explain what the existing image leaves unclear. Ask for a relevant angle rather than more general photographs.
Define a measurement request
For sizing, state the measurement and its starting points. A size-label photo does not supply garment dimensions. OopBuy’s inspection notice excludes size errors and usage effects from its stated inspection scope; confirm any extra measurement service separately.
Separate observations from conclusions
Record what the returned image actually shows and what remains unknown. Photos do not establish fit, durability, internal function or authenticity. If an issue remains, confirm the applicable order options before requesting shipment.

A shoe image shows the upper but not the sole detail you want to see. Request a clear sole view of the identified pair. A new picture of the upper would add an image without answering your question.
Avoid this shortcut
Do not turn a visible size label into a claim about measured fit, or a clear exterior image into a claim about internal quality. Describe the evidence and its limits separately.
